Welcome to the Town of Guilderland Comprehensive Plan Update project website! The Town is initiating an update to its 2001 Comprehensive Plan to reflect the needs of today and identify a vision for the future. The Comprehensive Plan provides a future framework for a range of topics such as land use, economic development, infrastructure, transportation, neighborhoods, the environment and housing.  

 

The Comprehensive Plan is being developed by the Town of Guilderland Comprehensive Plan Update Committee and a consultant team led by M.J. Engineering and Land Surveying and supported by E.M. Pemrick & Company and Community Planning and Environmental Associates.
